job_description.job_card.job_descriptionYou will advise ultra-high net worth clients on a full spectrum of tax services including wealth transfer, charitable and retirement planning, and tax compliance Manage and oversee the engagement team focused on individual, fiduciary, gift, generation skipping and estate taxation. This includes the planning and execution of client tax engagements Collaborate with specialists regarding state and local taxation and international taxation Provide leadership, training and career mentorship to staff and supervisor level team members Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors through a commitment to outstanding client service Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field CPA license in one's principal place of business / home state, licensed J.D. or enrolled agent Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in public accounting with an emphasis on taxation for UHNW and HNW clients with most recent years managing people and clients Proficient in individual, fiduciary, and investment partnership taxation, with an understanding of complex investments and the related tax implications and / or estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxation Familiar with multi-state taxation Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Master's in Accounting or similar
