We need a proactive and enthusiastic person to join our retail home improvement business in Waukesha, WI and close deals throughout Southeast Wisconsin.

Depending on commissions and bonuses , you have an earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000+ per year ! We offer a mileage stipend for travel in addition to these excellent benefits :

YOUR SCHEDULE

You typically work from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday with the flexibility to attend evening and Saturday appointments.

YOUR DAY

As our Residential Flooring Sales Associate, you promote our extensive line of home improvement products and confidently close transactions. You're the friendly face of our retail business, providing excellent customer service and guiding clients through the sales process. Highly motivated, you meet with customers in their homes to learn about their needs and help them find the appropriate products.

You accurately measure square footage, input data into our system, and generate price estimates, including labor and installation costs. Confident and knowledgeable, you answer customer questions, present financing options, and do what you can to close the deal. You collaborate with your team to refine strategies and brainstorm effective new methods for closing deals and meeting goals. Assisting with visual merchandising as needed, your success positively impacts our company, our customers, and your commission!
