Visionz Designs is a fast-growing apparel production company specializing in high-quality screen printing, embroidery, retail finishing, and fulfillment. We're known for precision, creativity, and delivering top-tier custom products to our clients.

The Role :

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant Embroidery Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes direction well, and is ready to grow with the company.

What Youll Do :

  • Shadow our current embroidery lead and assist with daily tasks
  • Help load garments onto machines and prep them for embroidery
  • Trim threads, inspect garments for quality, and assist with packing
  • Organize job materials and prep threads based on design specs
  • Support routine machine cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist in other production departments as needed

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods and do hands-on work
  • Eagerness to learn embroidery production
  • Previous production or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team
