AquaPhoenix Scientific, located in Hanover, PA has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Production Operations Specialist . This position performs a combination of tasks that support daily production goals and objectives. Must have a strong understanding of manufacturing life cycles, with the ability to work cross-functionally across diverse roles and a proactive approach with a willingness to coach and lead production work cells.

The Production Operations Specialist is a full-time, hourly position with full benefits.

Other key areas of responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Ability to successfully learn and perform a wide range of production tasks, with an awareness to resolve issues and make educated decisions to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the production life cycle including pre- and post-production responsibilities, activities, and standards. Track results using various software programs
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ensure all tasks are conducted through to completion with a high level of attention to detail, quality, and product specifications throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while working under minimal supervision
• Provide guidance to production floor personnel

AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the Production Operations Specialist position will frequently have a combined education and / or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two - five years’ work experience in a quality, manufacturing, and / or similar role.
