At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required). Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing. Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems. A quiet, professional workspace for outbound calling.
