Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
- Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations to ensure compliance with all codes and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and adjust project schedules and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to project status, labor, materials, and safety compliance.

Qualifications
7-10+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor as a Senior SuperintendentMust have experience with K12 and / or Higher Education construction projectsMust have experience leading projects $100M+Excellent communication skills and organizational abilitiesStrong time management skills, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and with attention to detailExperience in managing teams is a plusWell-versed in the current construction market trends and the latest technological advancementsAbout the Employer
