Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper

SERVPRO of The Windsors is currently hiring for a part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper! We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented accounting superstar!

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
  • Create financial reports and perform analysis
  • Maintain tax, insurance, and compliance requirements
  • Complete accounts payable activities
  • Complete accounts receivable activities
  • Prepare and maintain cash management reports
  • Coordinate and administer payroll and benefits
  • Perform technology backups
  • Administrative support to the office
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    • We offer a competitive salary, a flexible schedule, paid time off, and employee discounts.

    Compensation : $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
