NOTE : This role is based in NYC. Lyra Collective operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Were looking for an Inventory Optimization Analyst to own the demand planning and inventory management for our brands! Your job will be to ensure all inventory systems and processes are meeting the needs of the business, and to implement controls around these processes. You will report into the Manager of Sales & Operations Planning.

What you'll do :

• Manage inventory availability and health across our brand portfolio, with a focus on in-stock rate, excess inventory, inventory age, and shrink reduction
• Forecast and manage efficient inbound and outbound inventory flows and health to Amazon, including forecasting and purchasing
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability and exit strategy for unproductive inventory
• Work with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect inventory management workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks
