Agilus is recruiting for a Sales & Inventory Analyst in the Pet Food Manufacturing Industry in Uniondale, New York.
The Sales and Inventory Analyst will support sales operations through forecasting, analytics, portal setup, and admin tasks, leveraging CPG retail expertise to boost efficiency, accuracy, and performance
A typical day :
- Collaborate with sales to gather, validate, and consolidate product forecasts.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to support demand planning and replenishment.
- Monitor chargebacks and deductions; forecast trends to reduce financial impact.
- Build and maintain sales and product performance reports using Excel and other tools
- Set up and manage customer portals, ensuring seamless integration for sales activities.
- Support new account onboarding with complete data and compliance documentation.
- Provide operational and financial insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data across systems to support strategic decisions.
The successful candidate brings :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, or analytics within CPG or retailStrong analytical and financial acumen with deep knowledge of inventory dynamicsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); ERP and BI tool experience is a plus.Familiarity with customer portals and retail compliance systems.Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative settingSelf-driven with a strong sense of accountability and focus on business impactTotal rewards :
