Role Overview

The Vice President of Global Sales Hardware Business is a critical executive leadership role responsible for driving global sales strategy and execution across CPI's four core markets : retail, gaming, financial institutions, and kiosk. This leader will also oversee customer support functions, ensuring seamless customer experience from pre-sale through post-sale service.

This role requires a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record in pricing control, contract negotiation, value selling, and leadership of large, global teams. As the head of sales for CPI's largest business unit, VP will be instrumental in shaping the go-to-market strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across all four core verticals.
• Develop value selling strategies and execute pricing strategy to ensure CPI value is consistently translated into profitability
• Lead strategic contract negotiations to position CPI Hardware as critical value-added business partner with key customers
• Align sales initiatives with strategic marketing, product development and operations to deliver cohesive market solutions
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships aligned with business strategies
