Xometry is seeking a Vice President of Sales - Key Accounts responsible for developing and executing strategies to significantly increase revenue within our portfolio of high-value key accounts. You will lead a dedicated team focused on building and maintaining strategic partnerships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maximize revenue potential.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts with an average annual spend of $250M, focusing on long-term growth and partnerships.
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of key account managers.
Develop and manage sales forecasts and targets for key accounts.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
