Seeking an experienced and driven Jr. Process Engineer / Process Engineer to lead production efficiency and process improvement initiatives across our lime production facilities in Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. This full-time role is ideal for a degreed engineer with a strong background in the lime or cement industry, a deep understanding of industrial process systems, and the ability to manage capital projects from concept to completion.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on problem solver, capable of collaborating with site and corporate leadership while driving measurable improvements in productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency. This position requires up to 50% travel to plant locations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required
For Process Engineer : 10–15 years of experience in lime or cement process engineering
For Jr Process Engineer : 3 - 7 years experience
Must be able to reliably travel to plant sites in OK, TX, MO and AR.
Proven track record managing capital improvement projects in industrial production settings
Deep understanding of process equipment such as kilns, crushers, slakers, conveyors, and dust collection systems
Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in process modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, PI systems, etc.

Must be available for occasional night / weekend work as needed during project execution
Travel required to plant locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Arkansas
