Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Hotel Canandaigua located in Canandaigua, NY. This position will oversee the Cove Restaurant and Corsair's Bar and all other food and beverage outlets within the hotel.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Manage day to day floor operations
• Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and termination.
• Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
