As the first point of contact for individuals seeking life changing treatment, you will play a critical role in guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.

Position Details

  • Reporting to : Director of Admissions
  • Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am-4 : 00 pm; flexible availability is required (nights and weekends).
  • Location : On-Site in Pompano Beach, FL

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Communication : Respond to inbound calls, chat inquiries, and emails from individuals seeking treatment.
  • Clinical Pre-Screening : Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate care options.
  • Data Entry & Insurance Verification : Accurately document information, verify insurance coverage, and review private pay options.
  • Active Listening & Support : Provide empathetic and informative guidance about the admissions process and available treatment programs.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the admissions and clinical teams to streamline the intake process and ensure a smooth transition for new patients.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or admissions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Empathy and professionalism when assisting individuals in crisis
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or insurance verification
  • Knowledge of healthcare admissions processes
