Salary :

Part-time Clinical Supervisor

This is a part-time salaried position. We are currently seeking a candidate who is a Licensed Certified Social WorkerClinical (LCSW-C) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is an Alcohol and Drug Board Approved Supervisor. The individual's license must be in the State of Maryland.

Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise up to 7 clinicians and / or student interns to ensure adherence to the organizations policies and procedures and timely completion of documentation and work.

Provide and complete documentation for weekly / bi-weekly / monthly clinical supervision through case consultation, documentation review, and clinical recommendations.

Complete monthly quality and assurance chart audits and phone calls.

Complete disciplinary actions as needed and annual employee and contractor reviews.

• Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase productivity and revenue.
• Equip your team with the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and clinical training / professional development training as scheduled.
• Provide On-site and Virtual Supervision as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred & Required Qualifications and Skills

Maryland Board Certified Supervisors (LCSW-C or LCPC)

Licensed in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)

At least two years of supervisor experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR / EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Knowledgeable in StateCertifications / Licensing requirements, The Joint Commission standards, COMAR regulations, and HIPAA standards.

Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.

Other Requirements

Candidate must be able to provide proof of auto insurance, vehicle registration, and a certified copy of their driving record.

Candidate must possess professional liability insurance
