Salary : $184,683.20 – $230,838.40 annually

Incentive Bonus : Up to 15%

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance : Case by case basis

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Surgical Services for a full-time, weekday-only role. This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee a high-performing perioperative team in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Surgical Services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Lead service-related problem-solving efforts and maintain effective communication across departments.

Participate in hospital-wide initiatives and committees, driving operational excellence.

Mentor, coach, and develop staff to promote professional growth and strong engagement.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation, and regulatory standards with a focus on patient safety.

Manage fiscal operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.

Build and strengthen relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in surgical services to support hospital growth.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Required

Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration – Preferred

Licensure : Active RN license (required)

Certifications : CNOR, CSSM – Preferred

Experience :

Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in Surgical Services

Strong background in high-volume, complex OR environments
