Summary :

The Credit Assistant performs administrative support duties for the credit division.

What You'll Be Contributing :

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Makes cash application batch entries in HighRadius, Oracle / JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software.
• Prepares miscellaneous deposits.
• Resolves open customer deductions timely via communications with the customer, the Traffic department, and / or supervisor.
• Assists with the monthly close process for accounts receivable to the general ledger, including entering batched journal vouchers and processing invoices and statements.
• Assists in complex customer account reconciliations.
• Responds to customer requests for documents and handles credit reference requests.
• Works closely with Credit Department personnel performing tasks as assigned.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
