Duration : 06 months contract
Duties
- Respond to incoming calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding prescription benefits and coverage.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to help members understand their pharmacy benefits and options.
- Research, resolve, and document member inquiries accurately in multiple systems.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills while navigating between screens and systems.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.
- Participate in a minimum of 6 weeks of structured training (onsite and / or virtual).
