Job Title : Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker responsible for performing all operations related to the receiving, shipping, storage, and drying of grain. The role also includes assisting in routine maintenance of all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound grain using both computer and manual tools.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, loading and unloading trucks and rail cars.
• Collaborate as a team member, motivating others to work together.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in performing routine preventative maintenance of equipment, which requires climbing to the top of grain storage bins (approximately 150 feet) and using grease guns and other hand and power tools.
• Maintain the housekeeping of grain elevator and grounds in compliance with government and company standards.
• Commit to achieving a zero-injury culture and follow company safety procedures.
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
• Demonstrate self-starting abilities and high initiative.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
