Manufacturing Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance

Conduct quality inspections on products and materials to maintain compliance with industry standards

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance

Assist in the training of new employees on manufacturing processes and safety protocols

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all safety regulations and guidelines

Manufacturing Shift Info

7 : 30AM - 4 : 00PM

Monday - Friday

Manufacturing Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation

Strong understanding of fiberglass processes

Ability to work in a workshop or production environment with exposure to chemicals, resins, and fiberglass dust

Strong attention to detail and precision

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure

Attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance

Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and management

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
