The Office Coordinator performs a variety of tasks as necessary within the Plant Operations office. Responsible for coordinating office activities, completion of various financial and statistical documentation reports (biweekly and monthly), employee-related information, processing payroll via ADP, and routing messages and correspondence departmentally and hospital wide. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.
Minimum of two (2) years clerical and computer experience, with a minimum of six (6) months office management experience required. Experience in an acute care hospital or healthcare facility is preferred. Ability to keystroke 50 words per minute. Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.). Interpersonal abilities including but not limited to excellent verbal and witting communication (using good command of the English language), and grammar and style. Good reasoning, analytical and organizational skills are all required.
