Accounts Receivable & Accounting Supervisor

About the job :

The Accounts Receivable & Accounting Supervisor oversees the full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely collections, and efficient vendor payments. This role manages billing, cash applications, aging follow-up, bank reconciliation, and dispute resolution, while leading a team to maintain compliance and support financial reporting goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Accounts Receivable & Reporting :

• Generate and issue customer invoices through Microsoft Business Central in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and support cash flow management
• Post customer payments, reconcile deposits, and maintain accurate customer account records
• Issue customer statements and review credit limits based on payment behavior
• Resolve customer invoicing disputes promptly and professionally
• Perform monthly reconciliations of AR balances and bank deposits
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports for manufacturers
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial and sales reporting packages for management review

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $35.00- $40.00 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Carrhill, your overall compensation will be determined based on other factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience.
