What You’ll Contribute

Location : Virtual position in Florida; ideal candidate will reside in central / south Florida.

Role : Under general guidance, the Account Executive is responsible for business development and sales growth for their assigned market, delivering high-quality service to clients and prospects and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

What You’ll Do

• Meet or exceed top-line revenue and profitability targets for the sales territory / portfolio.
• Create account-specific strategies with new and existing accounts to maximize business potential, aligned with Business Unit goals.
• Secure new sales opportunities in target markets; establish strategic deals and lead with a solutions-based approach.
• Build strong industry relationships within targeted customers and utilize a deep understanding of customer technology applications.
• Develop annual go-to-market sales plans with the Business Unit for strategic accounts; report and forecast achievements monthly and quarterly.
• Drive opportunities including cross-selling of other Business Units products and services; stay current on industry technology changes to identify opportunities.
• Maintain working knowledge of solution offerings and technology changes within the industry.
• Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders; lead the delivery of proposals for client RFP opportunities and act as the primary customer relationship manager for accounts.
• Identify buyer motivations and requirements across Business Units and organizational levels.
• Research customer strategy using data from SEC filings, annual reports, and growth initiatives.
• Travel to clients to propose / review opportunities and visit project sites to ensure cohesive client relations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly accountable and performance-driven with integrity; strong problem-solving, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to manage time and build relationships; adaptability and sense of urgency.

This position will travel ~20% of the time. Must be able to remain stationary for ~50% of the time. Occasional climbing of ladders to service or install equipment. Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently.
