Applicants must be at least 25 years old and possess a minimum of two previous seasons in camp operations or youth programming, with a strong preference for leadership experience. An unwavering belief in the mission of Girl Scouting, along with the ability to follow the Girl Scout Promise and Law, is critical.

Successful candidates will demonstrate physical capability, including lifting items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for engaging effectively with diverse groups, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Additionally, knowledge of safety regulations in camp management, a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and the willingness to obtain certifications in CPR / First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Challenge Course Facilitation are also required for this role.
