Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer III for a contract with a client in Maple Grove, MN(Hybrid). The role involves leading cross-functional quality initiatives and implementing process and design controls to support product development and compliance.

Rate Range : $47 / hour to 57 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Engineer III job responsibilities include :

Lead and support cross-functional quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement across engineering and operational teams.

Implement and maintain process and design controls to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members on quality engineering practices.

Investigate and resolve quality issues using systematic problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis.

Manage and improve CAPA systems to ensure timely and effective resolution of non-conformances and process deviations.

Ensure compliance with quality systems by integrating best practices into product development and manufacturing processes, especially within regulated environments like medical devices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required); master’s degree preferred.

4–6 years with a BS degree, or 2–3 years with an MS degree.

Proven experience with CAPA systems and design controls.

Must have worked in a regulated environment, preferably within the medical device industry.

Pay Details : $47.00 to $57.00 per hour
