Job Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1.5 years of PICU experience in a high-acuity / high-census facility ( Hard Stop )Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALSCharting System : Cerner (Preferred)Travel Experience : Not required, but preferred if extensions at previous facilitiesSkills Required
Care of ventilated pediatric patients (birth to 18 yrs)Arterial line management, central / PICC line careCRRT, ECMO, sedation, and hemodynamic monitoringComplex diagnoses : neurosurgical, endocrine, cardiac, trauma, oncology, metabolic, and respiratoryIV therapy, blood product administration, trach / airway managementInterpretation of ABGs, pediatric dosage calculationsExposure to high-acuity pediatric populations is a mustScheduling & Unit Info
