Our Project Managers are trusted professionals who guide clients through residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish—making sure things get done right, on time, and with first-class service. This is a salaried, full-time position with benefits that blends about 50% in-the-field work with 50% in-office coordination. Responsibilities
- Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, referral partners, and vendors to keep construction projects moving and stress-free.
- Perform property inspections, site walks, measurements, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and professionalism on every project.
- Communicate proactively with clients, crews, and teammates to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain documentation, job notes, and photos in our CRM to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate records.
- Drive project momentum by answering client questions, coordinating next steps with the team, and solving problems before they become delays.
- Represent Valcore with professionalism, confidence, and personality in every interaction.
- Proactively grow your project pipeline by nurturing past relationships and creating new connections that lead to future opportunities.
Qualifications
Hungry, self-motivated, and ready to work hard from 8–5 with focused effort and a positive attitude.Excellent follow-through habits and strong interpersonal communication skills.Physically capable of carrying and properly setting a ladder, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.Must pass a pre-hire drug screening and be subject to random drug testing.Construction experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person with the right mindset.Bonus if you have drone experience or have worked in a client-facing or project-based role before.Someone who sees every conversation as a chance to build trust and open doors—who's always connecting the dots to future business.This role occasionally involves lifting bundles of shingles (approximately 70–90 lbs). It typically happens at the end of a job during clean-up, and on average, you'll lift no more than 8 bundles per project—not an all-day, every-day task, but something to be physically prepared for.This isn't a "wait for leads and coast" kind of job.
