Job Description
The Commercial Construction Project Manager is expected to :
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for successful project completion.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Projects should have :
