Hours & Pay

Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time .
• Post payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage collections with professionalism and persistence.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balance s.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with the month-end close.
• Support process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize billing portals and EDI systems (experience strongly preferred).
