Position description
We are looking for an experienced CRM Systems Analyst to join our global IT organization in Oakdale MN, USA. This position plays an essential role in the further simplification, integration and automation of end-to-end business processes and data flows by providing IT solutions, with the objective to drive business growth.
This position reports to the IT Business Applications Manager CRM (based in Brussels, Belgium) who is leading the team that enables marketing, sales and service with innovative technology. We enable our business to work efficiently by ensuring our technology is performant and up-to-date, and we go the extra mile by continuously developing new functionalities which improve efficiency of our end-users. The focus lies on creating added value rather than just “keeping the lights on”.
As a CRM Systems Analyst, you will find yourself on the crossroads between business and IT. While doing technical analyses and configuration, you will collaborate and align with business stakeholders. You ensure new developments are properly tested as well as adopted across the organization.
You act as Salesforce administrator, which gives great visibility and responsibility. That also means you take full ownership of issues and change requests, and bring these to resolution / completion in a timely manner.
