The Opportunity :

We’re seeking an accomplished Head of HR who will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the company’s people operations. This is a ground-floor leadership role designed for someone eager to grow with the business and progress into a VP of HR position as the organization expands.

Reporting directly to the executive team, you’ll oversee HR strategy, site-level leadership, and organizational design across a multi-site network, while partnering with operations and finance to drive alignment and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and lead the HR function for a growing clinical network
• Develop and implement scalable HR processes, systems, and policies
• Partner with site leaders to ensure strong culture and compliance across multiple locations
• Advise the executive and PE teams on organizational development and people strategy
• Support future transactions and integration efforts
• Oversee people operations, talent development, and engagement initiatives
