As an Outbound Customer Service Rep at ConsumerAffairs, you'll be the voice that helps our consumers share their experiences with our Accredited Brands. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to verified consumers, conducting high-quality phone interviews to capture detailed, authentic stories that power our review platform. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, comfortable using technology (especially AI tools), and committed to delivering a positive consumer experience in every interaction.
This is a hybrid position based in Tulsa . Team members work from our Tulsa office on Mondays and Fridays, and work remotely Tuesday through Thursday.
