Photoshoot Production Manager

Position Overview :

The Photoshoot Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all brand photoshoots—from concept to post-production delivery. This role ensures a seamless process for product and campaign photography, coordinating across creative, merchandising, ecommerce, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand imagery that drives sales and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Production (Planning & Coordination)

• Develop detailed shoot schedules, timelines, and call sheets for all product, campaign, and editorial shoots.
• Partner with the Merchandising team to track incoming product samples and ensure readiness for shoots.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and Marketing team to align shoot concepts, mood boards, and creative direction with brand strategy.
• Source and book locations, studios, props, set designers, models, hair & makeup artists, stylists, and other talent / vendors as needed.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with external vendors and maintain relationships with agencies and freelancers.
• Manage pre-shoot logistics including permits, shipping of samples / props, equipment rental, catering, and transportation.
• Maintain a production calendar to prioritize upcoming shoots based on product launch dates.
