Cyber Security Manager
The Business Information Security Office (BISO) within the Digital Business Front Office drives the implementation and translation of enterprise security requirements, policies, and procedures through business relationships. The role fosters relationships and delivers cyber security solutions to business partners through a deep understanding of CHS clinical operations, various supporting technologies, and CSRM capabilities and services. We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-focused Cyber Security Manager within the Digital Business Front Office, to lead a team of analysts and consultants who partner with business and technology leaders across CHS. This role will help clients navigate cyber security services, translate business needs into secure solutions, and guide mitigation strategies that reduce organizational risk. This role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders, and embedding security as a cultural norm. A strong candidate must be able to clearly articulate and discuss identified cyber business risks and various options for mitigation, and communicate the risks and solutions to project teams, business partners, and IT staff.
Essential Functions
Supervise a team of analysts and consultants in delivering tailored security and business consulting services
Partner with business and corporate teams to identify system and process needs, and recommend secure solutions
Translate cyber security policies, standards, and requirements into actionable business guidance
Oversee assessments related to threat scenarios, regulatory requirements, and CISO priorities
Monitor and track risk remediation and mitigation efforts; escalate when deadlines or obligations are missed
Qualifications
Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field required
Preferred Education : Advanced degree preferred
58 years of experience in business systems consulting, security consulting, or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Familiarity with risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and security assessments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent consulting and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Deep understanding of cyber risk management, policies, and governance
Ability to prioritize competing demands and balance operational delivery with strategic consulting

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
GSEC GIAC Security Essentials Certified
PCIP PCI Professional Training
HCISPP Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner
