About the Role :

We’re hiring a mission critical, full-stack, creative and content-first Digital & Social Marketing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience to lead and execute our growth strategy across paid media, SEO, content, and social platforms. You’ll manage all key channels that drive traffic, generate leads, and strengthen our brand — with a direct impact on company performance.

Responsibilities :

• Paid Media Management
• Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, Podcasts, LinkedIn, Email, and other digital marketing platforms to hit ROAS and CPL targets.
• Collaborate, design, test, and execute full-funnel paid strategies, including cold audience acquisition, retargeting, and paid channels.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all platforms.
• Grow our social audience and drive high engagement.
• Ensure consistency across all platforms and make sure the brand is aligned with the company's mission and vision.
• Lead and evolve strategy and ad campaigns.
• SEO & Website Oversight
• Manage technical and content-driven SEO to boost rankings and organic traffic.
• Oversee updates to website content and landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Branding & Content
• Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact content that builds long-term equity, drives lead generation, and positions CRA as the leader in pool and patio screen enclosures.
• Evolve and / or rebrand the company's visual identity.
• Direct and produce brand and testimonial content.
• Email Marketing & CRM Integration
• Create and refine email campaigns, sequences, and newsletters, using platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp to nurture leads and drive action.
• Reputation & Review Management
• Oversee our Google Business profile and reputation strategy.
• Promptly respond to customer reviews and improve local visibility.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track KPIs weekly (conversion rate, cost per lead, bounce rate, CTR, etc.) and deliver clear reports with actionable insights.
