job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prepare and file tax documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures and reporting. Maintain and update financial policies and procedures as needed. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
