Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure food safety, quality and legality.
- Responsible for loading and unloading trucks
- Handle pallets, boxes, labels and required equipment properly
- clean, maintain and organize the required equipment, area and trailers properly
- Scan and prepare product for shipment
- Responsible for freezer maintenance
- Palletize product from production and outside sources
- Operate tractor and yard dog and all material-handling equipment
- Assist in other departmental areas as needed
