10 hr varied shifts, call included, EOW, First to Float

Ratios : 1 to 1

EMR : Cerner

Surginet - Charge Nurse :

Report to the Clinical Supervisor. Also have an OR Director & OR manager

OR Techs : Yes

Weekend Requirement : Covered by call

Holidays : Covered by call

Call : 1 - 2 Weeknights per week. Weekend Call approximately 1x / month from end of shift Friday - 6 : 30 am Monday

Scrub Color : Scrubs are provided by the hospital

Hospitalist or Intensivist in house : N / A

IV Team : No

RT 24 / 7 : Yes

Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes

Shifts : 8's (6 : 30 am - 3 pm), 10's , 12's. Mids start 9 am or 10 : 45 am

Floor specific orientation : 1 shift w / preceptor

Common diagnosis / Types of patients : All types of cases except transplant. CVOR- CABG, valve, pacers, lead extractions, lung cases; Main OR-ortho, general / vascular, neuro / spine, ENT, trauma

Additional Notes : Candidates must have strong experience with total joints, general, vascular, & spine.
