Automotive Finance Manager

We carry thirteen brands including Buick, Chrysler, GMC, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Cadillac, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, and Nissan. We have seventeen locations in the Central Ohio area, including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Lancaster, Lewis Center, Dublin, and Marysville. In this position you will :
- Assist customers with securing finance options that fit their needs while ensuring compliance with all lending regulations
- Assist customers with selecting the best additional warranties and service plans for their vehicle
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders to ensure the best financing terms for our customers
- Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Process finance and lease applications accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience
- Offer excellent and efficient customer service to all customers and address inquires and resolve any finance related concerns
- Receive professional training and stay updated on industry trends, lender programs and compliance regulations

Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in the dealership industryStrong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing and lender relationshipsExcellent sales, negotiation and communication skillsAbility to explain complex financial terms in an easy-to-understand mannerProficiency in finance software and dealership management systemsFamiliarity with state and federal lending laws, compliance requirements and dealership finance operationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsA professional and customer focused attitudeAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsA valid driver's license with less than 6 points and no major violations in the last 3 years to remain insurable and able to drive on company propertyCome work with the fastest growing locally owned automotive group and apply today!
