MDM Analyst

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM, among other technical skills. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. 4. Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Provide technical expertise in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM to guide project teams and ensure successful delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources using NoSQL, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies. - Utilize soapUI for testing and validating data integration processes. - Implement and maintain Linux Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency. - Manage and optimize Informatica Product 360, Informatica C360 SaaS, and other Informatica tools to enhance data quality and governance. - Ensure the successful deployment and operation of Informatica SaaS CDI, Informatica SaaS CAI, and Informatica PIM solutions. - Oversee the use of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Identify and mitigate risks to project success, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Drive innovation and best practices in data integration and management to support the companys strategic objectives. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities. Qualifications - - Must have strong experience in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM. - Should have hands-on experience with NoSQL, SQL Server, and soapUI. - Must be proficient in Linux Shell Scripting and various Informatica tools including Product 360, C360 SaaS, SaaS CDI, SaaS CAI, PIM, and Data Quality (IDQ). - Should have excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. - Nice to have experience in hybrid work models and managing remote teams. - Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. - Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development. - Must have a strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements. - Should have a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. A dataops comprises of team members with various skills, competencies, domain understandings, and process knowledge to build and support end to end life cycle of any Data Product. This require technical competencies or process skills that are specific to technology and domain being used, and some of these skills are core and will be applicable and relevant irrespective of the tool or application.
