Qualifications :
- Prior experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
- Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
