Raytheon is seeking a team member for the Process Transformation & Standard Work Team within the Supply Chain Business Operations Organization. The Process Transformation & Standard Work Team is focused on business-level, high visibility efforts to : (1) identify process inefficiencies, (2) design improved process, policy, and tool solutions, (3) manage solutions through development, (4) drive change management and roll out solutions to the Raytheon Supply Chain organization.

This role has four major components requiring a high degree of knowledge / experience in each : (1) Raytheon Material Program Management, Customer Proposals & Sourcing; (2) Training Design / Deployment / Content Delivery; (3) CORE / Project Management / Change Management; (4) Information Systems / Tools.

What You Will Do :

• Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
• Lead and coordinate a team of cross-functional groups on various initiatives.
• Present complex data to senior and executive leadership conveying key points and obtaining concurrence for next steps.
• Design user-centric policies / processes / tools and manage them through development, deployment, and end user adoption.
• Manage changing priorities through a remote work environment.
• Identify opportunities for policy, process, tool inefficiencies and drive and follow improvements through to project completion.
• Collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and internal customers (ex : Buyers, MPMs, Acquisition Professionals, SCLT) to understand policy / process / tool needs.
• Design and develop enterprise and business-level policies, processes, tools, and training.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
