Key Responsibilities
Review and audit calls, ensuring predefined sales criteria are met
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents to enhance their skills
Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve agent performance
Required Qualifications
1 year of call coaching experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the consumer lending or financial services industry
Reverse mortgage experience (preferred)
