Expert Patient Care Specialist

Job Opportunity :

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Practice independently, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.

Develop and implement long-range goals or plans, demonstrating an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation.

Delegate tasks to other care providers as necessary, promoting efficient management of the clinical situation.

Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, consistent with their level of practice.

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty (preferred).

Active RN License in the state of employment or compact.

Basic Life Support certification required.

Work Schedule : 7PM - 7AM, Full Time.
