Overview

Sales Consultant at Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. You will be the face of Victra, delivering product knowledge and guiding guests to solutions while connecting technology to life.

What You Will Be Doing

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate who connects with guests and has fun while selling.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We Offer

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly pay with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Paid time off accrues per policy; minimum sick leave provisions apply where required by law.
