Technical Services Consultant

TeamDynamix is in search of a hands-on, curious, and relationship-driven Technical Services Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll serve as a long-term consultant for the TeamDynamix integration platform (iPaaS), serving as the primary administrator and solution builder for our clients.

This position reports to the Customer Enablement Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a background in technical consultancy, managed services, or a similar field, with a focus on maintaining enduring client relationships.

This remote role is perfect for those dedicated to ensuring client success and eager to act as a pivotal technical advisor in the adoption of the iPaaS tool.  About the Role :

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with TeamDynamix clients, becoming their primary advisor.  Conduct quarterly strategy, brainstorming, and update sessions with clients to review progress and forecast roadmaps.  Balance multiple ongoing builds for clients simultaneously.  Turn technical requirements into delivered flows.  Manage client projects, ensuring clear expectations and up to date reporting on progress.  About You : Bachelor’s degree in a related computer science field or equivalent practical experience.  2+ years of experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or solution architecture within SaaS environments; Experience in dedicated managed services a plus.  Competent in taking technical requirements and delivering into enterprise solutions.  Able to build connections, both among people and in creating integrations.  An adept communicator and storyteller capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.  Proficient in project management.  Familiarity with enterprise technologies and business processes.  In-depth understanding of enterprise integration solutions, APIs, SQL, and web services.  Knowledge of common programming languages like Powershell, JavaScript, and Python.  What does this role pay?
• The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
• The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
• At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
• A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,000 plus a variable incentive.
