Role Responsibilities - Logistics Coordinator

  • Assist corporate logistics manager in overseeing all aspects of supply chain management
  • Schedule and monitor shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party service providers
  • Liaison between the Sales, warehousing, and the Transportation Department in providing status updates on customer deliveries, administering returns and / or credits
  • Daily inventory transfers between all divisions and warehouses
  • Schedule vendor inbound deliveries
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure proper movements of shipment
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Inputting export applications to the FSIS system weekly

    • Preferred Qualifications - Logistics Coordinator

  • 3+ years working in supply chain / logistics
  • experience in food / beverage industry is a plus
  • experience with operations related systems preferred : (Retalix, Appian Daily Planner, Mobile Conductor, Intellishift Silent Passenger / Dash Cams, FSIS Information System)
