Sales Manager - High-Bay

A Day in the Life :
- Driving revenue growth alongside our distribution
- Collaborate and partner with our Distributors to create, support, and drive qualified opportunities to win the sale
- Read architectural specifications, floor plans, and drawings to reflect field conditions (rooms) to include mobile system layouts
- Establish, develop, and maintain key account / partner relationships with outside vendors for custom panels, casework, freight, etc
- Proactively researches and evaluates project specifications / timelines / customer

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, and minimum of 5 years project sales, estimating or project management experience that has provided well rounded product knowledge, applications knowledge and customer communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, ) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP).Ability to travel up to 35%+ to support duties asExcellent organizational, presentation, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and follow through skills.Experience in the construction industry including knowledge of construction project sequencing and materials is preferred.Proficient in working with architectural floor plans / drawings, technical specifications, contract interpretation, mechanical concepts, and basic understanding of construction and constructionExperience with CADCritical thinker and problem solver; a team player with a focused attention to detailSound like a fit?
