The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will join the Technical Services Unit (TSU) and provide HR support to the Water Services Group. Reporting to and partnering with the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, this role will provide strategic HR leadership, driving initiatives that align with corporate objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner will mitigate organizational risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role serves as an advisor to business leaders on talent initiatives, employee relations, compensation, training, and other HR programs that impact the business unit's ability to achieve objectives.

Pay Range : Minimum $77,667 – Maximum $128,128
Additional Compensation : All bonuses are discretionary and may or may not apply.
