Senior Project Coordinator - Planning, Design, and Construction

POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible and accountable to the Director of Planning, Design and Construction for the financial project coordination required to manage various capital and operational funded projects associated with the implementation of the University Health Construction Projects. Helps ensure that project management processes and reporting enables University Health to complete all projects on time and within budget. Ensures availability of performance measurements data for review and analysis; evaluates and drives risk; management process improvements, efficiencies and workflow enhancements. Effectively protects the Health System's interests in capital projects and, works collaboratively with procurement services, contracting, supplier diversity, and budget and finance staff.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Associates degree in a work related field required. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a project coordinator or supervisor is required.
